SCHEMATIC DESIGN
For the individual that knows they need to change the footprint of their home, whether to create more functional space or more physical space, but hasn’t the full vision of what that looks like, a Schematic Design Service will allow the client to see their space a new light.
After a quick phone call, a visit is planned to walk through your space. Sometimes the answer isn’t always to create more space but to simply rethink your current footprint. Each client is different, lives differently and has different visions.
We will discuss all of the above, talk about a budget and time frame, then get a clear vision for what you will need. Usually multiply floorplans / layouts are created bases on what was discussed, then presented in both 2D plans and realistic renderings.
You will then own any produced drawings or takeoffs as well as the renderings, for you to then shop your project for just the right contractor, or if given the privilege a separate construction quote can be provided.
DESIGN MANAGEMENT
This would be for the owner that might already have a contractor or knows their final vision, but needs help with the finishes and selections. This would include floorings, paint colors, cabinetry selections, countertops, backsplash, lighting, fixtures and even furnishings.
You will receive mood boards with different options for everything discussed. If physical samples are needed they will be provided.
Then once final approvals are made, you will be given a selection sheet with every detail needed to provide to your contractor, or do it yourself.

We will conduct an on-site meeting with you or your client to meticulously review all the essential details necessary for the successful completion of your project.
During this consultation, we will discuss optimal solutions tailored to your needs, whether that involves reconfiguring the existing layout or expanding the space.
Following our discussion, you will receive a comprehensive initial scope of work.
This will be accompanied by rendered visual options and conceptual floor plans, allowing you to clearly visualize the proposed transformations and enhancements to your space.
Additionally, we can engage one of our trusted contractors for the project, or if you prefer, we can seamlessly collaborate with your existing team to ensure a smooth and efficient turnkey remodel.
