The comprehensive renovation of the client’s childhood residence demanded considerable time and creativity. The primary objective was to preserve the cherished elements of the home while enhancing its functionality for her bustling family. Every room underwent transformation! Relocating the laundry area from the basement storage, creating separate “his and hers“ spaces, and adding a dedicated area for the children were just a few of the client’s desires. Additionally, we expanded the master bathroom and redesigned the walk-in closet, achieving these improvements by reconfiguring the existing layout without increasing the overall square footage. We effectively worked within the original dimensions of the home.
