Situated along the scenic banks of the Ohio River, this upscale condominium development offered us the opportunity to engage from its early stages. In collaboration with the architect, we guided the choices for exterior finishes and color palettes. Additionally, we provided selection boards and samples to assist future owners in personalizing their condos. Throughout the construction process, we partnered with contractors to ensure that the final result not only met the rigid timeline and budgets but also the expected high quality and desired upscale expectations of future owners.
